<\/h3>\n \n\n

How did you get into the industry?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

My first experience in the tech industry was in 2011, when I was hired as an IT Procurement Officer. However, a few months into my role I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to learn about software licencing and take a lead role managing software and hardware assets. At this point, I had little knowledge of the role so jumped at the chance to learn something new and become part of the journey. I\u2019ve been in the industry ever since!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tell us about your career history and what led you to License Dashboard <\/strong><\/h2>\n

As previously mentioned, I was hired as an IT Procurement Officer and then moved to another organisation to focus on managed services. The organisation I was working for had a managed service with another Licencing Solution Partner (LSP) which I was very involved in. I really enjoyed the work I was doing and I decided that it\u2019s what I wanted to do: deliver SAM services, support customers, grow their knowledge, and give them the feeling of empowerment that I had.<\/p>\n

And with time and hard work, I made it. I ended up working in the team at the LSP that had supported me, which is where I gained experience from the other side of the coin. When the time came for me to change roles, I was lucky to hear of a position at License Dashboard. From the first meeting I knew License Dashboard was the place for me, and here I am four years later!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your experience of working at License Dashboard so far?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

People say you have a \u2018honeymoon\u2019 period in jobs, and I must still be in that. I absolutely adore my job, the team, and the whole organisation. I have fantastic customers to work with, and there is no such thing as a bad day here.<\/p>\n

Tell us a little bit about your role<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As an SAM Consultant, I look after large accounts, which means developing good relationships with customers, processing information and contracts, and providing support with large projects.<\/p>\n

How would you describe the culture at License Dashboard?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The culture at License Dashboard is unbelievable. I feel very privileged to be part of this organisation, to be supported, to be empowered, and to be encouraged to be the best me. I couldn\u2019t ask for anything more, its priceless and something I\u2019m very grateful for.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a real feeling of togetherness and being part of a big family at License Dashboard.<\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div> \n
