It has been an incredible week for the Blenheim Group and I wish to share some exciting news with you. Bytes Technology Group UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the JSE-listed Altron Group, has acquired the entire share capital of Blenheim Group Limited (the parent company of License Dashboard Limited) with immediate effect and, in doing so, has created a substantial IT Reseller & Services Group with combined revenues this year of more than £400 million, employing 480 staff across the group.
License Dashboard Limited will continue to operate as it has always done within the new group structure under the new parent company. Therefore, I wish to take this opportunity to reassure you that there will be no changes to your account management, service and partnership with License Dashboard. We will continue in running the business with the same leadership and management teams and staff with a go to market strategy to drive into new areas of product development & services.
This acquisition brings together two organisations which have built up a significant reputation for delivering high quality customer service plus world-class products and solutions. The group will become an important scale partner to many of the major global IT vendors, which in turn will bring benefits and advantages to our customers. Comprehensive geographical coverage in the UK combined with complete coverage of all vertical markets, the group will be able to work with customers across the entire business spectrum.
